В исследовании анализируются условия применения инновационных подходов к оценке эффективности экономической деятельности промышленных предприятий в России. Определяются факторы, способствующие или препятствующие внедрению новых методов оценки, с акцентом на методологические и организационно-технические аспекты, влияющие на инновации. Обсуждаются проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются российские промышленные предприятия, включая отсутствие понимания управления, трудности с получением первичных данных, отсутствие адекватных методологий для различных показателей и нехватку программных инструментов. Исследование подчеркивает важность учета интересов заинтересованных сторон при разработке методологии оценки, предлагая формулу условий, необходимых для стимулирования инновационных подходов в оценке промышленной эффективности.
The study analyzes the conditions for the application of innovative approaches to assessing the economic performance of industrial enterprises in Russia. It identifies factors that facilitate or hinder the implementation of new assessment methods, with an emphasis on methodological, organizational and technical aspects that affect innovation. It discusses the problems faced by Russian industrial enterprises, including a lack of understanding of management, difficulties in obtaining primary data, the absence of adequate methodologies for various indicators, and a shortage of software tools. The study emphasizes the importance of taking into account the interests of stakeholders when developing an assessment methodology, proposing a formula for the conditions necessary to stimulate innovative approaches to assessing industrial performance.
