To build an organization's management structure means to divide it into certain parts and delegate to these parts the performance of a common managerial task by distributing powers and responsibilities, defining integration and coordination mechanisms for the interaction of the selected parts. The process of building an organizational structure takes place in stages, starting from the idea of a future organization and ending with the definition of tasks for current administration.
