В современных условиях глобализации и интеграции важность изучения иностранных языков возрастает с каждым годом. Одним из ключевых факторов, влияющих на успешное овладение языком, является окружающая среда. Цель данного исследования заключается в оценке роли окружающей среды, включая такие аспекты, как культурное и социальное взаимодействие, доступ к образовательным ресурсам, а также восприятие и мотивация обучения. Для проведения исследования использовался смешанный методический подход, включающий как количественный, так и качественный анализ данных. Были проведены интервью с изучающими иностранные языки людьми разных возрастных категорий и уровней подготовки. Параллельно проводился анализ анкеты, касающейся их повседневного языкового окружения и его влияния на прогресс в изучении языка. Было также проанализировано влияние учебных сред, включая традиционные классы, онлайн-курсы и погружение в языковую среду на основе проживаний за границей. Анализ полученных данных выявил, что привлечение к интерактивным и содержательным коммуникациям в целевом языке значительно ускоряет процесс овладения. Проживание в иностранной языковой среде, постоянное взаимодействие с носителями языка и использование разнообразных медиаресурсов повышают эффективность обучения. Важным элементом является также наличие психологической поддержки, создающей комфортные условия для изучения. Результаты исследования указывают на значимую роль окружающей среды как важного фактора в процессе овладения иностранным языком. Детализация уровней воздействия (формальное и неформальное обучение) может помочь в разработке более эффективных методик и программ. Окружающая среда должна рассматриваться как интегральная составляющая успешной стратегии изучения иностранных языков, а не просто дополнительный фактор.
In modern conditions of globalization and integration, the importance of learning foreign languages is increasing every year. One of the key factors influencing successful language acquisition is the environment. The purpose of this study is to assess the role of the environment, including aspects such as cultural and social interaction, access to educational resources, and the perception and motivation of learning. A mixed methodological approach was used to conduct the study, including both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Interviews were conducted with foreign language learners of different age categories and training levels. In parallel, a questionnaire was analyzed regarding their daily language environment and its impact on language learning progress. The impact of learning environments, including traditional classrooms, online courses, and immersion in a language environment based on living abroad, was also analyzed. The analysis of the data revealed that engaging in interactive and meaningful communication in the target language significantly accelerates the learning process. Living in a foreign language environment, constant interaction with native speakers and the use of a variety of media resources increase the effectiveness of learning. An important element is also the availability of psychological support, which creates comfortable conditions for studying. The results of the study indicate the significant role of the environment as an important factor in the process of learning a foreign language. Detailing the levels of impact (formal and informal learning) can help in developing more effective methodologies and programs. The environment should be considered as an integral component of a successful foreign language learning strategy, and not just an additional factor.
