<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern media observes a phenomenon known as the reverse agenda movement. This process represents changes whereby certain topics or narratives initiated by the audience return to the media and begin to influence the agenda setting. This article examines the features of the reverse agenda movement and its impact on public opinion and political processes. Mixed research methods were used for the analysis, including content analysis of publications, social media monitoring, and interviews with media experts. The study includes cases from digital platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, as well as independent news publications over the past five years (2018-2023). The analysis focused on identifying topics initiated by audiences and their subsequent adaptation by traditional media. The study revealed that the reverse agenda movement contributes to increased polarization, the formation of emotionally charged content, and changes in public opinion structure. Media increasingly respond to audience demands by integrating social media topics into their materials. This leads to the emergence of a cyclical process in which thematic priorities of the audience and media reinforce each other. It was also found that such processes have a significant impact on political dynamics: pressure on political actors intensifies, public sentiments affecting elections and state decisions are formed. The analysis of the reverse agenda movement demonstrates the transformation of the role of media and audiences in the modern information ecosystem. The adaptation of media agendas to audience demands increases engagement but also carries risks of increased radicalization and manipulation. Further research should include the development of methods for assessing the impact of the reverse agenda movement on long-term societal processes</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern media observes a phenomenon known as the reverse agenda movement.
