За последние десятилетия китайско-российские отношения претерпели значительную трансформацию и приобрели новую динамику, обусловленную глобальными изменениями в системе международных отношений. Концепция сообщества общего будущего для человечества, предложенная Китаем, становится важным философским и практическим инструментом переосмысления многостороннего сотрудничества, включая связи между Россией и Китаем. Цель исследования - проанализировать развитие китайско-российских отношений через призму этой концепции. В статье использован комплексный подход, сочетающий теоретический анализ, историко-политический метод и принцип системного подхода к сопоставлению двусторонних и глобальных факторов. Исследование основано на анализе ключевых документов, официальных заявлений правительства и существующей научной литературы. Проведенный анализ показывает, что концепция сообщества общего будущего для человечества поддерживает укрепление партнерских отношений между Россией и Китаем в условиях меняющихся геополитических вызовов. Инициативы обеих стран, включая совместные проекты в области энергетики, инфраструктуры, науки и безопасности, согласуются с общей стратегией создания многополярного мира. Китай и Россия, позиционирующие себя как противовес однополярной системе, стремятся сформировать модель взаимодействия, подчеркивающую взаимное уважение суверенитета и учет национальных интересов. Несмотря на углубление сотрудничества, сохраняются проблемы, связанные с различиями в экономических моделях, демографическими и геополитическими факторами. Реализация концепции требует преодоления этих ограничений, а также принятия основанного на доверии подхода, основанного на прозрачности и взаимной выгоде. Анализ китайско-российских отношений через призму концепции сообщества общего будущего для человечества позволяет нам сделать вывод о том, что эти две страны играют ключевую роль в построении справедливой и устойчивой модели международных отношений. Дальнейшее изучение этой темы может открыть новые перспективы сотрудничества в условиях современных глобальных вызовов.
In recent decades, Sino-Russian relations have undergone significant transformation and have acquired new dynamics, driven by global changes in the system of international relations. The concept of a community of shared future for mankind, proposed by China, is becoming an important philosophical and practical tool for rethinking multilateral cooperation, including the connection between Russia and China. The aim of the study is to analyze the development of Sino-Russian relations through the prism of this concept. The article employs a comprehensive approach combining theoretical analysis, historical-political method, and the principle of a systematic approach to comparing bilateral and global factors. The study is based on the analysis of key documents, official government statements, and existing scientific literature. The conducted analysis shows that the concept of a community of shared future for mankind supports the strengthening of partnership relations between Russia and China amidst changing geopolitical challenges. Initiatives by both countries, including joint projects in the fields of energy, infrastructure, science, and security, align with a general strategy for creating a multipolar world. China and Russia, positioning themselves as a counterbalance to a unipolar system, strive to form a model of interaction emphasizing mutual respect for sovereignty and consideration of national interests. Despite deepening cooperation, challenges remain related to differences in economic models, demographic and geopolitical factors. The implementation of the concept requires overcoming these limitations as well as adopting a trust-based approach grounded in transparency and mutual benefit. Analyzing Sino-Russian relations through the concept of a community of shared future for mankind allows us to conclude that these two countries play a key role in building a fair and sustainable model of international relations. Further study of this topic may unveil new prospects for cooperation amid current global challenges.
