В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, связанные с языковой безопасностью России в условиях интенсивного развития цифровых технологий. Глобальная цифровизация приводит к интеграции различных языков и культур, что может оказать влияние на языковую идентичность, национальное самосознание и безопасность. Проблема языковой безопасности приобретает особую значимость в свете доминирования английского языка в сфере информационных технологий, что создает риск утраты уникальности русского языка как ключевого элемента национальной культуры. Для изучения вопросов языковой безопасности применялся междисциплинарный подход, сочетающий анализ лингвистических, социокультурных и технологических аспектов. Основными методами исследования стали контент-анализ цифровых текстов на русском языке, анализ изменений в языковой политике, оценка влияния технологий на языковую ситуацию в стране (например, внедрение искусственного интеллекта и машинного перевода), а также обобщение статистических данных о применении русского языка в цифровой среде. Исследование показало, что цифровизация сопровождается как позитивными, так и негативными явлениями, влияющими на языковую безопасность. Ключевыми вызовами можно назвать снижение уровня русского языка в интернете, засилье заимствований, усиление влияния англоязычных технологий и высокую долю публикаций на английском языке в научной и технической сферах. В то же время, разработка алгоритмов анализа текста и технологий обработки естественного языка на русском языке открывает новые возможности для сохранения и развития языковой культуры. В статье подчеркивается необходимость усиления мер по защите русского языка в условиях цифровизации. Для этого требуется разработка комплексных стратегий, направленных на популяризацию русского языка в интернете, создание качественных технологий на основе русского языка и поддержка цифровой грамотности. Работа призывает к объединению усилий государства, науки и общества в преодолении языковых вызовов будущего.
The article discusses current issues related to the language security of Russia in the context of the intensive development of digital technologies. Global digitalization leads to the integration of different languages and cultures, which can have an impact on linguistic identity, national identity and security. The problem of language security is becoming particularly important in the light of the dominance of the English language in the field of information technology, which creates the risk of losing the uniqueness of the Russian language as a key element of national culture. To study the issues of language security, an interdisciplinary approach was applied, combining the analysis of linguistic, socio-cultural and technological aspects. Russian Russian language content analysis, analysis of changes in language policy, assessment of the impact of technology on the language situation in the country (for example, the introduction of artificial intelligence and machine translation), as well as generalization of statistical data on the use of the Russian language in the digital environment became the main research methods. The study showed that digitalization is accompanied by both positive and negative phenomena that affect language safety. The key challenges include the decline in the level of the Russian language on the Internet, the dominance of borrowings, the increasing influence of English-language technologies and the high proportion of publications in English in scientific and technical fields. At the same time, the development of text analysis algorithms and natural language processing technologies in Russian opens up new opportunities for the preservation and development of language culture. The article highlights the need to strengthen measures to protect the Russian language in the context of digitalization. Russian Russian requires the development of comprehensive strategies aimed at popularizing the Russian language on the Internet, creating high-quality technologies based on the Russian language, and supporting digital literacy. The work calls for combining the efforts of the state, science and society in overcoming the linguistic challenges of the future.
