			<abstract><p>Использование возобновляемых источников энергии, таких как солнечная и ветровая энергия, приобретает все большую популярность и становится выгоднее в сравнении с традиционными способами производства электричества. Гибридные системы позволяют обеспечить экологическую устойчивость и высокую доступность энергии. Однако нестабильность источников, таких как солнечные панели и ветряные турбины, может создавать колебания напряжения, влияя на стабильность работы устройств. Комбинированное использование ветровой и солнечной энергии позволяет компенсировать эти колебания и обеспечивает круглогодичное энергоснабжение, даже при отсутствии солнечного света. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The use of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind energy is becoming increasingly popular and is becoming more profitable compared to traditional methods of electricity production. Hybrid systems allow for environmental sustainability and high energy availability. However, the instability of sources such as solar panels and wind turbines can create voltage fluctuations, affecting the stability of the devices. The combined use of wind and solar energy makes it possible to compensate for these fluctuations and ensures a year-round energy supply, even in the absence of sunlight.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The use of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind energy is becoming increasingly popular and is becoming more profitable compared to traditional methods of electricity production.
