Исследование производит стратегический анализ потребностей в модернизации отрасли черной металлургии Китая под возможности перехода к экономике замкнутого цикла. Определены дальнейшие аспекты развития данной сферы в контексте применения методологии стратегирования В.Л. Квинта. Целью исследования является рассмотрение опыта реорганизации металлургической промышленности при воздействии внедрения основ циркулярной экономики (на примере сектора черной металлургии) в Китае. В результате исследования были выяснены статистические сведения за последние годы по функционированию рынка черной металлургии, дан сравнительный анализ реализации продукции в крупных державах, описана важность рециклинга, как основы повторного использования отходов на промышленных предприятиях. Приведена динамика основных рыночных показателей, описаны тенденции изменений и прогноз существования черной металлургической сферы Китая на следующий год.
The study provides a strategic analysis of the needs for the modernization of China's ferrous metallurgy industry to meet the needs of the transition to a closed-cycle economy. Further aspects of the development of this sphere in the context of the application of V.L. Kvint's methodology of strategizing are determined. The purpose of the study is to examine the experience of reorganizing the metallurgical industry under the influence of the introduction of the fundamentals of the circular economy (using the example of the ferrous metallurgy sector) in China. As a result of the study, statistical information has been clarified in recent years on the functioning of iron and steel production, and the importance of recycling as the basis for the reuse of waste in industrial enterprises has been described. The dynamics of the main market indicators is given, the trends of changes and the forecast of the existence of the ferrous metallurgical sector in China for the next year are described.
