Цель данной статьи заключается в изучении влияния инновационных методов управления производственными цепочками на конкурентоспособность и экономическое развитие компаний. В условиях глобализации и постоянно усиливающейся конкуренции современные предприятия всё чаще обращаются к инновационным стратегиям управления цепочками поставок для улучшения своих позиций на рынке. В исследовании использованы как качественные, так и количественные методы анализа данных. Был проведён анализ литературных источников, а также эмпирическое исследование на основе данных из различных промышленных секторов. Для сбора информации использовались опросы и интервью с представителями компаний, а также анализ финансовых показателей компаний до и после внедрения инновационных методов. Анализ данных выявил, что внедрение инновационных методов управления, таких как интеграция информационных технологий, автоматизация процессов и оптимизация логистики, оказывает значительное положительное влияние на конкурентоспособность компаний. Компании, которые внедрили данные методы, продемонстрировали улучшение ключевых финансовых показателей, включая увеличение доходов, снижение затрат и повышение рыночной доли. Также было отмечено улучшение качества продукции и сокращение времени выполнения заказов. Полученные результаты подтверждают, что инновационные методы управления производственными цепочками могут существенным образом повлиять на экономическое развитие компаний и их конкурентоспособность. Несомненно, успешное внедрение данных методов требует комплексного подхода и инвестиций в технологии и обучение персонала. Тем не менее, положительные последствия перевешивают первоначальные затраты. Внедрение инновационных методов управления производственными цепочками является ключевым фактором улучшения конкурентоспособности и экономического роста компаний. The purpose of this article is to study the impact of innovative supply chain management methods on the competitiveness and economic development of companies. In the context of globalization and ever-increasing competition, modern enterprises are increasingly turning to innovative supply chain management strategies to improve their market positions. The study used both qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods. An analysis of literary sources was conducted, as well as an empirical study based on data from various industrial sectors. Surveys and interviews with company representatives were used to collect information, as well as an analysis of companies' financial indicators before and after the implementation of innovative methods. Data analysis revealed that the implementation of innovative management methods, such as the integration of information technologies, process automation, and logistics optimization, has a significant positive impact on the competitiveness of companies. Companies that implemented these methods demonstrated improvements in key financial indicators, including increased revenues, reduced costs, and increased market share. Improvements in product quality and reduced order fulfillment times were also noted. The results obtained confirm that innovative supply chain management methods can significantly affect the economic development and competitiveness of companies. Undoubtedly, the successful implementation of these methods requires a comprehensive approach and investment in technology and personnel training. Nevertheless, the positive consequences outweigh the initial costs. The implementation of innovative supply chain management methods is a key factor in improving the competitiveness and economic growth of companies. This study confirms the necessity and significance of strategic investments in modern management methods to achieve sustainable development and success in the global market.
