Данная статья анализирует проблемы и перспективы государственного регулирования инновационной деятельности в МСП. Исследование основано на комплексном анализе нормативно-правовых актов, статистических данных и социологических опросов, а также на применении качественных и количественных методов анализа. В ходе исследования были использованы такие методы, как контент-анализ, сравнительный анализ и экономико-статистические методы. Обнаружены основные проблемы, препятствующие эффективному государственному регулированию инновационной деятельности в МСП. Среди них: недостаток финансирования, сложность получения государственных грантов, бюрократические барьеры, недостаток информационной поддержки и консультирования. Также выявлено, что частные инвестиции в инновации нередко рассматриваются как высокорисковые, что дополнительно усложняет ситуацию. Изучены успешные международные практики государственного регулирования, такие как создание благоприятных условий для доступа к финансированию, налоговые льготы и стимулирующие программы, а также поддержка исследований и разработок. Анализ показывает, что для повышения эффективности государственного регулирования необходимо создавать более благоприятные условия для инновационного бизнеса. Важно развивать инфраструктуру, улучшать доступ к финансированию, снижать бюрократические барьеры и обеспечивать информационную поддержку предпринимателей. Существенную роль могут сыграть государственно-частные партнерства и взаимодействие между научными учреждениями и бизнесом. Развитие и совершенствование механизмов государственного регулирования инновационной деятельности в малом и среднем бизнесе может существенно повысить конкурентоспособность экономики страны. Создание благоприятных условий для инноваций в МСП требует комплексного подхода и координации действий различных государственных и частных институтов. Системные меры поддержки и стимулирования инновационной активности смогут способствовать устойчивому росту и развитию сектора МСП в долгосрочной перспективе.

The analysis shows that to increase the efficiency of state regulation, it is necessary to create more favorable conditions for innovative businesses. It is important to develop infrastructure, improve access to financing, reduce bureaucratic barriers, and provide informational support to entrepreneurs. Public-private partnerships and interaction between scientific institutions and businesses can play a significant role. The development and improvement of state regulation mechanisms of innovative activities in small and medium-sized businesses can significantly enhance the competitiveness of the country's economy.
