ChatGPT and social media: exploring the future of new media communication
Keywords:
ChatGPT, social media, communication, content creation, ethical considerationsAbstract
This article explores the future of new media communications with the integration of ChatGPT and social networks. The study examines the current state of ChatGPT's integration into social media platforms, explores its advantages and limitations in communication, investigates its potential impact on content creation, user engagement, and information dissemination, and addresses ethical considerations and challenges. The research contributes to the understanding of new media communications in the era of chat and social network integration, explores transformative potential and opportunities, and considers ethical considerations and challenges related to the use of AI-driven language models. In light of the rapid development of digital technologies, chat and social networks play a key role in media communications, and their impact on public and professional interactions requires in-depth investigation. This paper focuses on examining future trends in the development of media communications, with an emphasis on chats and social networks as the primary platforms for user interaction. Qualitative and quantitative studies were conducted on the use of chat communications and social networks through sociological surveys and user activity data analysis. Specialized methods of text and network analysis were used, allowing the identification of key patterns in user behavior across digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.). Modern Big Data analysis methods were employed to process large volumes of information. The research results showed that the majority of users prefer to use chats and social networks for quick information exchange and maintaining personal and professional connections. At the same time, new forms of interaction, such as chatbots and communication automation, play a special role, opening up prospects for further development of media platforms. The discussion focuses on the analysis of identified trends, such as the increasing role of artificial intelligence and automation in chats, redistribution of media flows, and the formation of new interaction models. The study demonstrates that social media and chats are becoming key platforms for future media communications, requiring new approaches in managing and regulating interactions, as well as ensuring data protection.
