Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of integration of corporate cultures in holding structures and the analysis of their impact on the overall management strategy. In the context of business globalization, companies are faced with the need to combine different corporate cultures within the holding, which generates many challenges and requires the search for effective ways of integration. The main purpose of the study is to identify key problems in the field of cultural integration and determine their impact on the strategic management of the holding. The research uses methods of qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including surveys among managers and employees of various levels of management in holding structures, as well as case analysis of a number of companies with successful and unsuccessful experience of cultural integration. Comparative analysis methods were used to compare management strategies depending on the degree of integration of corporate cultures. The results of the study show that cultural differences arising from the merger of subsidiaries in a holding company can lead to conflicts, reduced management efficiency and increased adaptation costs. Strategic management is most negatively affected by factors related to differences in values, leadership models, and communication practices. However, timely measures to integrate cultures, including staff training, unification of management processes and development of corporate identity, help to minimize negative consequences and increase the efficiency of the holding. The study highlights the importance of integrating corporate cultures as one of the key factors for the successful management of large holding structures. Understanding cultural differences and their impact on the company's strategic goals makes it possible to form a more stable and harmonious management structure, which, in turn, has a positive effect on the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.
