Access terms

The journal website provides its issue archive, individual article pages, metadata and editorial policies without registration or subscription. Full texts are not hosted on the journal website. They are available in the XMLLIB electronic library (https://xmllib.ru) through a free subscription. This is subscription access even though no subscription fee is charged.

Use the “Full text in XMLLIB” link on the article page to reach that specific publication in the library. If access is requested, readers sign in to a library account or register and activate a free subscription through XMLLIB. No journal website registration is required. The library determines its own account procedures.

Open metadata are provided under CC0 1.0 (https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/). This declaration does not license the article’s full text. Reading and permitted downloading through XMLLIB do not confer unrestricted redistribution or adaptation rights. The Copyright and licensing page and each article’s rights notice govern such use.

Broken links, access inconsistencies or missing versions should be reported to the journal’s email address with the article details and a description of the problem. The editors check access and correct the link or information. If the storage location changes, the permanent article page, identifier and publication history are retained.
