Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of global economic changes on operational efficiency and entrepreneurial opportunities in the aviation industry. In a dynamically changing global economy, airlines face the need to adapt to new financial and market realities, which creates both risks and new opportunities for development. The purpose of the study is to identify key factors affecting operational efficiency and assess the potential of entrepreneurship in the context of global economic shifts. The methodological basis of the work is based on the use of an integrated approach combining quantitative and qualitative analysis. Methods of statistical analysis, econometric modeling, and comparative analysis were used to collect empirical data, based on information from financial reports of the world's leading airlines, international economic indexes, and industry publications. This approach made it possible to assess the relationship between macroeconomic changes and the internal efficiency of aviation enterprises, as well as identify adaptive strategies to increase their competitiveness. The results show that global economic fluctuations directly affect the operational efficiency of airlines. The study identified several key factors contributing to maintaining and increasing efficiency, such as optimizing cost management processes, introducing innovative technologies, and developing strategic international partnerships. At the same time, the instability of the global economy leads to complications in financial planning, which requires the heads of aviation companies to reconsider traditional management methods and switch to flexible adaptation models. Based on the analysis, the discussion of the article focuses on the need to integrate modern management solutions that can compensate for the negative effects of economic instability. The practical significance of the study is to provide recommendations for developers of airline development strategies, as well as for researchers studying the impact of global factors on the dynamics of the industry. The presented results form the basis for further research in the field of adaptive management and entrepreneurial innovation in aviation.
