Abstract

This article examines the impact of innovative approaches to quality management on the economic efficiency of manufacturing enterprises. The study focuses on the implementation of modern methodologies and technologies aimed at improving product quality and optimizing processes. The main goal is to analyze various innovative approaches, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management, and their impact on production performance and the economic results of the company. By applying these approaches, enterprises can reduce costs, minimize losses, increase the speed of production processes, and improve the quality of the final product.
