Strategies for managing intellectual integrity in the digital economy

Abstract

This scientific article analyzes intellectual property (IP) management strategies in the context of the digital economy. In today's world, the digital economy creates new opportunities and challenges for IP management. The development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things requires a reassessment of traditional approaches to IP protection. The main goal of this study is to identify relevant IP management strategies that meet the needs of the digital economy. Quantitative and qualitative analysis methods were used to achieve the research objectives. The study includes a literature review on IP management in the digital age, as well as an analysis of specific examples from the practices of companies operating in high-tech industries. Data were collected through expert surveys in the field of IP and analysis of court cases related to digital technology disputes. The study results showed that successful IP management strategies include flexible and adaptive protection methods, active use of digital transformation tools, and the development of new business models based on licensing and partnerships. Key aspects identified include the need to integrate IP into the overall company strategy, the importance of monitoring and analyzing the IP market, and the significance of international cooperation for effective IP rights protection. The discussion of the results indicated that in the digital economy, companies should pay special attention to developing comprehensive and innovative approaches to IP management. Not only traditional legal tools but also technological solutions such as blockchain and artificial intelligence play an important role in enhancing IP protection effectiveness. The conclusion emphasizes the need for continued research in this area to adapt to the rapidly changing conditions of the digital world. Thus, this study makes a significant contribution to understanding IP management strategies in the digital economy and offers recommendations for practical application in business.
