Abstract

This scientific article examines the key aspects of the implementation of digital platforms and cloud technologies in modern management practices, as well as their impact on business processes and the commercialization of research and development. With the development of technologies, companies are constantly searching for ways to optimize their business processes and increase efficiency. Digital platforms and cloud technologies occupy key positions in these transformations, as they allow the creation of a unified information environment, which is important in a rapidly changing market. The study conducted a comprehensive analysis of the benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of digital platforms and cloud technologies. Methods of statistical data analysis, literature reviews, and empirical research based on real company examples were used for this purpose. The main identified advantages include reduced IT infrastructure costs, improved decision-making quality through big data analytics, and enhanced information security. The results confirm that digital platforms and cloud technologies play a key role in the modern transformation of management practices. Companies that actively use these innovations gain competitive advantages, expressed in process optimization and improved financial performance. Despite the obvious benefits, there are certain challenges associated with the need to adapt organizational structures, train personnel, and ensure cybersecurity. For the successful integration of these technologies, it is important to consider the individual characteristics of each company and industry. Companies using these innovations may note significant improvements in the adaptability and efficiency of their management practices. In the context of ongoing digital transformation, further research and implementation of these technologies will become one of the key success factors.
