Abstract

In the context of globalization and rapid technological development, enterprises face increasing competition in global markets. Innovative strategies become a key factor that allows companies not only to survive in these challenging conditions but also to achieve sustainable advantage. This article explores the role of innovative strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the global market. The research is based on the analysis of data from various sources, including scientific publications, company reports, and statistical data. Methods used include comparative analysis, case studies of individual companies, and statistical data processing. The main focus is on studying successful examples of implementing innovative strategies in various industries. Data analysis showed that enterprises actively using innovative strategies demonstrate significantly higher competitiveness indicators. In particular, companies that implement new technologies and processes are able to adapt more quickly to market changes, providing unique products and services. Examples of such companies include leading representatives of the IT sector, automotive industry, and biotechnology. It was also found that enterprises investing in R&D (research and development) create sustainable competitive advantages through continuous renewal and improvement of their products. The research results confirm the importance of innovative strategies for enhancing competitiveness in the global market. Companies that implement innovations not only improve their financial performance but also successfully expand their share in international markets. An important aspect is the creation of an innovative culture within the enterprise, which encourages employees to generate new ideas and participate in the development of new products. Innovative strategies play a key role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the global market. To achieve sustainable success, companies need to actively invest in R&D, develop an innovative culture, and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions. Implementing innovations allows enterprises to take leading positions and ensure long-term growth on the international stage.
