Abstract

In modern conditions, automation of technological processes is becoming an important component in increasing productivity and reducing human impact on the production process. The development of intelligent algorithms for managing the automation of operations is becoming particularly relevant. This paper examines the methods of developing intelligent algorithms aimed at optimizing the processes of automated control of technological operations. To achieve these goals, a systematic approach has been applied using elements of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and optimal control theory. The main focus was on the development of algorithms based on artificial neural networks and computational intelligence methods. A comparative evaluation of various optimization approaches was carried out, including heuristic methods, search methods with constraints, as well as dynamic programming algorithms. A simulation model of one of the typical technological processes was used to conduct the experiments. The proposed algorithms have demonstrated a significant improvement in performance and efficiency of technological operations management. The simulation results revealed a reduction in energy consumption of up to 15% and an increase in control accuracy of up to 20% compared with classical methods. In addition, the developed intelligent algorithms made it possible to reduce dependence on human intervention, which ensured the stability and reliability of automated systems. An analysis of the results showed that the use of intelligent approaches allows for greater flexibility and adaptability in managing technological processes. It is important to select the parameters of the training models and algorithms correctly, which ensures their versatility when production conditions change. The developed intelligent algorithms show great prospects for solving optimization problems in automation systems. The introduction of such approaches can help to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises in modern industrial production.
