Financial strategy of technology corporations: analysis and evaluation on the example of Huawei

Abstract

The article investigates the financial strategy of technological corporations using Huawei as an example. The aim of the study is to analyze and evaluate the financial practices and approaches employed by Huawei to ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness in the global market. The introduction examines the relevance and importance of the study in the context of rapid technological progress and increasing globalization. Financial strategy plays a critical role in maintaining the innovative capabilities and expansion of technological corporations such as Huawei. The goals and objectives of the study are discussed, and the main hypothesis is formulated that an effective financial strategy contributes to the long-term success of the company. The methods include a comprehensive analysis of Huawei's financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement for the past five years. Various financial ratios and models are used for assessment, including the current liquidity ratio, return on equity, and capital structure analysis. A comparative analysis is also conducted with other leading players in the industry, such as Apple and Samsung. The Results section presents the main findings on Huawei's financial condition. In particular, it was found that the company demonstrates a high level of financial stability and the ability to effectively manage its resources. Comprehensive diversification of products and markets also helps reduce financial risks. The discussion focuses on the strategic aspects that have enabled Huawei to achieve its financial goals. Special attention is given to investments in research and development, strategic partnerships, and adaptation to changing market conditions. Potential threats and challenges, such as trade restrictions and political instability, are also considered, and solutions for overcoming them are proposed. In conclusion, it is concluded that Huawei's financial strategy is an example of a successful approach to ensuring stable financial growth and competitiveness in the context of global competition.
